As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMyPC will be conducting Emergency service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
January 8, 2019, 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Customers can expect a brief 5-10 minute period of downtime during the 2-hour maintenance. Any new customers who are utilizing the GoToMyPC interface during this time will be unable to start GoToMyPC sessions. In-Flight sessions will be unaffected.
