On 08/17/2019, from 13:28 until 14:55 UTC, GoToMyPC customers may have experienced “Service Unavailable” error while accessing the G2P website and EndPoints. However, the inflight sessions would not have been affected. This occurred during a planned maintenance window with an expected downtime of about 2-3minutes, but the impact was experienced for a longer duration. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize any future recurrences.
