Between January 04, 2022 22:32 UTC and January 05, 2022 02:24 UTC, a small subset of GoToMyPC users would have experienced intermittent failures when trying to connect to their machines.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
