As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Pro/Central and Hamachi will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: November 19, 2022, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window Pro/Central customers will not be able to use the following features: registration, login to Central or My Computers page, accessing and changing anything on the website (user management, subscription management, purchases, reports, etc.), and through API (including desktop and mobile LogMeIn Clients), starting new remote access sessions (remote control, file manager, dashboard, etc.), host login/logout, adding new Hosts, modifying host subscriptions and executing O2M tasks.
Existing remote access sessions will remain active, and the users can continue to work with no interruption.
During the maintenance window Hamachi customers will not be able to use the following features: registration, accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases), add new hosts to a network, host comes online/go offline in networks.
Existing network connections will not be interrupted.
