As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Central/Pro and Hamachi will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: June 29th, 2024, 05:00 AM UTC to 07:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect:
During the maintenance window, some Central/Pro and Hamachi customers may experience brief unavailability of services.

LogMeIn Pro and Central:
The following features may not be available during the maintenance: Registration, Login to Central and or My Computers page, accessing and changing anything on the website (user management, subscription management, purchases, reports, etc.) and through API (including desktop and mobile LogMeIn Clients), starting new Remote Access sessions (remote control, file manager, dashboard, etc.), host login/logout, adding new hosts, modifying host subscriptions, and executing O2M tasks. Existing remote access sessions will remain active, and users will be able to continue working without interruption.

Hamachi:
Existing network connections will not be interrupted. The following features may not be available during the maintenance: Registration, accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases), adding new hosts to a network.
