As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMyPC will be conducting emergency service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: March 24th, 2021, 05:00 AM to 10:30 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 5 hour and 30 minutes maintenance window.
Expected downtime: 10 minutes
What to expect: GoToMyPC customers will not be able to initiate sessions for a 10 minutes period during the maintenance window. GoToMyPC sessions that are already in progress will not be impacted.
