As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoTo MyPC will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: January 17, 2023, 6:00 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
Expected downtime: 5 minutes
What to expect: During the maintenance window GoToMyPC customers may not be able to initiate sessions for a 5 minute period during the entire maintenance window. GoToMyPC sessions that are already in progress will not be impacted.
