On 02/09/2023 , from approximately 10:02 UTC until 13:00 UTC, a small subset of GoTo Pro/Central users would have noticed Site unreachable error when trying to access the application.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
