As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, LogMeIn Pro and Central will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: October 28, 2023, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window, LogMeIn Pro and Central customers will experience a 2-hour period of unavailability. Existing remote access sessions will remain active, and the users can continue to work with no interruption. The following features will not be available during the maintenance window: Registration, Login to Central and or My Computers page, Accessing and changing anything on the website (user management, subscription management, purchases, reports, etc) and through API (including desktop and mobile LogMeIn Clients), Starting new Remote Access sessions (remote control, file manager, dashboard, etc.), Host login/logout, Adding new Hosts, Modifying Host subscriptions, Executing O2M tasks.
