As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, we wanted to inform you that LogMeIn will soon be adding a new IP range to our Sydney data center for our LogMeIn Products. Below is the date and time when it will go into effect. As always, our teams will take all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these events.

Date and Time: Friday, September 17th, 2021, at 08:00 AM UTC.

Duration: The time it will take for this to be completed is 2-hours.

Purpose: To provide a better and more scalable service to our customers.

Important Notes: NO downtime is expected, if you allowlist our Products by IP Range, it’s critical to add the new IP range to your Firewall/Proxy to avoid disruption with the service. Below is the new range and the link to our current IP ranges for your reference.

New Range:
CIDR Notation: 202.173.30.0/24
Numeric IP Range: 202.173.30.0 - 202.173.30.255
Net-mask Notation: 202.173.30.0 – 255.255.255.0

Products that will take advantage of the new IP range: Pro/Central

If you use any of our other LogMeIn products, they will not be affected during this time. Additionally, there will be NO product updates, feature enhancements, or code change taking place during this time.
